Born in 1947 in Munich. Seriously ill for more than 35 years and given up by the medical school, I was searching. Food is medicine: my studies in Japan, India and Tibet gave me deep insight into the alchemy of people and access to old and long forgotten knowledge especially in our regions.
And indeed: “You are what you eat”. One must not wonder over diseases in case of poor nutrition! It is my passion and mission, to bring people closer to healthy life through a balanced diet as well as the balance of “Yin and Yang” in German “Säure und Basen (acids and bases)” and thus to activate self- healing powers in a very short time.
